Starting December 5, 2025, all traffic to C2G.com will be automatically redirected to a dedicated C2G product website in www.legrandav.com/products/c2g, where customers will still be able to access the full C2G catalog, product information, warranty details, and technical resources.

As part of the transition, customers who currently buy directly through C2G.com will find the same features in LegrandAV.com, including the ability to search by part number, review technical specifications, access resources, and use the MyAccount portal's robust tools for quotes, orders, tracking, and returns. Customers without a Legrand account | AV will still be able to buy through trusted channel partners, who will continue to be fully supported shopping channels.
All orders placed prior to December 5 will be processed as normal, and customer service, technical support, and warranty assistance will continue uninterrupted. Customers will continue to receive the same high-quality service from the same support teams they rely on today, including dedicated contact channels for questions about orders, technical needs, and after-sales support.
Legrand | AV will continue to inform its customers and partners via email, ensuring clarity on purchasing options, access to the My Account portal, and support resources. No customer account data will be transferred from C2G.com, ensuring privacy and up-to-date control of user credentials, as customers create or use My Account portal profiles directly in LegrandAV.com.
