Latin America. Sennheiser launched DeviceHub, a secure, cloud-based platform that gives organizations centralized visibility and control of their Sennheiser devices from anywhere in the world.
After extensive internal testing and a private beta phase, DeviceHub is now publicly available in beta, starting with support for TeamConnect Bar Solutions.
Aligned with Sennheiser's mission to facilitate collaboration and learning, DeviceHub combines remote monitoring, clear monitoring, and secure role-based access in a browser-based environment. The launch follows the initial announcement of the platform at InfoComm US in June 2025, marking the next step in a broader DeviceHub roadmap, with additional Sennheiser devices gaining compatibility throughout 2026.
As a unique cloud-based platform, DeviceHub makes the management of networked Sennheiser devices accessible via any browser. Real-time monitoring, diagnostics, and alerts provide a clear view of device health and performance, helping teams act before issues disrupt meetings, classes, or collaboration spaces, whether on-site or remotely.
For IT staff, DeviceHub simplifies management at scale by organizing devices by room, building, campus, or region into a structure that reflects real-world environments. This provides a clear view of each space from a single platform, allowing teams to navigate between locations with ease, see devices in context, and understand the status of the system at a glance, from a handful of rooms to a global set.
The platform enables teams to collaborate securely across an organization using role-based access, ensuring technicians, administrators, and integrators see and control only what they need, with limited access to locations and systems relevant to their responsibilities. Support for modern authentication methods strengthens secure collaboration while maintaining clearly defined responsibilities, streamlined workflows, and transparent accountability.
Built on Microsoft Azure, security and trust are built into DeviceHub from the start. The platform follows industry-recognized IT security standards for authentication, authorization, encryption, and data processing. Continuous assessment and compliance monitoring ensures that DeviceHub meets the privacy and security expectations of business and education environments.
Designed to grow with the needs of the organization, DeviceHub will be compatible with TeamConnect Bar Solutions at launch, and compatibility will be expanded to other Sennheiser devices throughout 2026.
A simplified local web UI also allows for efficient configuration of a single device via a browser, reducing software dependencies during installation. The platform will continue to evolve with new capabilities that strengthen monitoring, configuration, and collaboration across the ecosystem.
