Latin America. Pleneo and Sennheiser today announced the availability of two smart meeting room kits, designed to reduce installation complexity, lower deployment costs, and deliver consistent, AI-ready collaboration experiences in medium and large rooms, at scale.
High-quality, easily intelligible audio is a key element in modern AI-based meetings, especially in large, organization-critical spaces. As companies adopt intelligent workflows such as speaker recognition, voice attribution, transcription, or meeting analytics, the accuracy of these features depends on clear and consistent audio pickup throughout the room.
In larger spaces, where multiple participants move and present content, achieving that consistency has traditionally required complex designs and manual adjustments.
The Pleneo Medium Room Kit and Pleneo Large Room Kit are born to change this approach. Designed for rooms up to 50 m² (approx. 10 m × 5 m) and 90 m² (approx. 12 m × 7.5 m), respectively, the kits extend AI-enabled collaboration to larger environments that were previously difficult to standardize and scale.
By integrating Sennheiser ceiling microphones as part of a fully orchestrated Pleneo system, the kits deliver high-performance audio pickup that supports intelligent meeting experiences in spaces where collaboration is key.
Each kit is articulated around Pleneo RoomHub, which connects all elements of the room to Pleneo Room OS, the system layer that manages the room as a single, unified environment. Room OS enables hands-off deployment and automated configuration, so rooms can be put into operation without the need for specialized adjustments or individual audio or video calibrations. The deployment is carried out on standard IT infrastructure, incorporating enterprise-level security and governance frameworks from the design.
RoomHub applies AI-based audio tuning and enhancement processes throughout the system, including adaptive room equalization, AI NoiseSense, machine learning-based acoustic enhancement, and IQ Voice Enhancement, to ensure clear and consistent voice reproduction, regardless of the acoustics of the space or the behavior of the participants.
The result is reliable and easily intelligible audio, suitable for both human-to-human collaboration and intelligent meeting processing.
Video intelligence is integrated through Pleneo RoomVision cameras, which incorporate AI speaker auto-tracking and auto-framing features, keeping participants correctly framed without unnecessary camera movements. Audio and video function as parts of a coordinated system, rather than as standalone devices.
Through Pleneo Cloud, rooms are centrally provisioned, configured, monitored, and managed as complete systems. IT teams can manage rooms directly from Pleneo Cloud or integrate data and events into the platforms they already use for service and operations management, maintaining consistent monitoring without creating new operational silos.
