The Sony Authorized Service Center is operated by Medical Equipment Specialists (EEM), one of the most recognized providers of technology solutions to the healthcare industry, specializing in equipment for surgical and hospital environments. This integration amplifies the availability of technical support for hospitals, clinics and integrators using Sony's medical devices solutions in Mexico and Latin America.
EEM, in addition to being a widely recognized distributor of Sony medical solutions, now operates the specialized center where it offers diagnosis, maintenance and repair of surgical monitors, PTZ cameras for documentation and transmission of procedures, medical recorders and other clinical visualization systems. The installed capacity allows it to serve not only Mexico, but also customers and distributors from different Latin American countries that require certified support.
