Latin America. QSC announced a new integration with ServiceNow to help customers streamline AV and IT workflows. This collaboration integrates Q-SYS data with ServiceNow's AI platform, delivering automated data flow, faster response times, and better user support in enterprise environments.
As a ServiceNow development partner, the Q-SYS Reflect app provides a secure, automated data flow to ServiceNow and is available in the ServiceNow Store.
The Q-SYS application simplifies configuration by automating the flow of data from the AV system to ServiceNow, which supports applications such as IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM).
This allows organizations to use their existing ServiceNow workflows to natively integrate AV technologies, enable automated ticket creation and inventory updates, and minimize the need for additional training of support staff.
"This alliance connects AV and IT, enabling enterprise customers to achieve new efficiencies and optimize the support experience for AV systems through seamless integration with the ServiceNow AI Platform. This is the first step in a deeper collaboration that will bring even greater capabilities to Q-SYS and ServiceNow customers," said Christopher Jaynes, Chief Technology Officer of Acuity Intelligent Spaces.
The ServiceNow Partner Program rewards partners for their extensive experience and expertise in driving opportunities, reaching new markets, and delivering transformative outcomes for joint customers across the enterprise. As a development partner, Q-SYS develops and distributes applications on the ServiceNow AI Platform, including custom configurations and seamless integrations to optimize the platform's capabilities.
