Colombia. Audio Video Export (AVE), distributor of professional and residential audiovisual solutions for Latin America and the Caribbean, recently organized the AVE 2026 Commercial Summit, held on February 24 and 25 at the Four Points by Sheraton Bogotá, in the Parque de la 93 sector.
The two-day event brought together more than 90 AV integrators, distributors and industry professionals, along with representatives from leading global manufacturers such as Harman Professional, Sonos Commercial Solutions, Shure, Unilumin, Netgear, Sharp and Legrand, as well as other well-known brands from the professional AV sector.
The summit included presentations and technology demonstrations focused on solutions for corporate collaboration spaces, hospitality, retail and professional audio applications. The program provided attendees with the opportunity to interact directly with manufacturers and learn about the latest innovations that are setting the course for the professional AV market.
In addition to the technical program, attendees enjoyed breakfast and lunch during the event, while the second day concluded with a networking cocktail on Wednesday afternoon. Throughout the presentations, the participating brands also held raffles, generating additional spaces for interaction and participation among attendees.
Among the technologies highlighted during the event were Shure conferencing and collaboration solutions, Harman Professional Audio Systems, Unilumin's DV-LED technology, Netgear's AV network infrastructure, Legrand's AV infrastructure solutions, and Sonos Commercial Solutions, including the new Amp Multi, designed for scalable commercial audio installations.
"The AVE Trade Summit is a key opportunity to bring together our partners and the manufacturers we represent, share knowledge, demonstrate new technologies and strengthen relationships across the region," said Nick Murrell, Technical Sales Lead at Audio Video Export. "Events like this help integrators better understand how these solutions can be applied in real projects in Latin America."
With a prominent participation of integrators and partners from the Colombian market, the summit also reaffirms AVE's commitment to its network of distributors and integrators in Latin America and the Caribbean, facilitating access to training, new technologies and collaboration with global manufacturers.
The AVE Trade Summit continues to consolidate itself as a regional platform where AV manufacturers, integrators and technology partners exchange knowledge, explore new solutions and strengthen collaboration in the Latin American audiovisual market, reinforcing AVE's role as a bridge between global AV technologies and integration partners across the region.
