International. Wesco has completed the acquisition of Ascent, a privately held company headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, and provider of data center facilities management services. Wesco previously announced its plan to acquire Ascent on Oct. 31.
Ascent, known for its specialized data center property and facility management services, has $115 million in sales for the last twelve months to June 30 and a three-year compound annual sales growth rate of more than 30%.
With more than 300 employees in the U.S. and Canada, Ascent offers a full range of on-site operations services, including staffing, facility maintenance, critical system repairs, 24x7 emergency services, third-party maintenance workflow management, and advanced liquid cooling solutions. In addition, Ascent's proprietary Navigator platform provides an integrated dashboard to support critical infrastructure and facilities.
