Latin America. Elation launched its new and improved website, ElationLighting.com. The completely redesigned site serves as a dynamic product showcase with an emphasis on video content, providing an engaging platform for customers and partners to explore Elation's extensive line of professional lighting products.
With a more intuitive interface, the new website offers an improved experience on both desktop and mobile devices. Since most visitors access the site from desktops, the updated experience has been carefully optimized to be smoother and faster, with a highly adaptive interface, streamlined navigation, and a powerful new search function for faster and more accurate results.
Visitors also benefit from improved product filtering and powerful product comparison tools, making it easier than ever to evaluate and select the right solutions.
Visitors will discover an intuitive navigation structure that allows them to explore by category or series of products, with an extensive archive of reference cases showing real use cases. Each product page offers comprehensive information at a glance, from features and technical details to high-quality images and informative videos, giving users a richer and more interactive experience.
While the current website has been optimized for North America, this marks the first step towards a truly global platform. The next phases will include multilingual support and localized content, allowing the site to automatically offer region-specific tools and messaging based on where users are coming from.
The new website also features a comprehensive resources section designed to support users at every stage. This area includes a Learning Center, detailed technical documents, a dedicated support portal, detailed parts and warranty information, and various additional tools to make it easier to understand the product. In addition to serving end users, the new website offers valuable tools for distributors and dealers.
The launch of the new website marks the initial phase of a broader IT modernization strategy at Elation. Further improvements are planned in the coming months, including the implementation of a new Product Information Management (PIM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, planned for the end of 2025.
These enhancements will streamline internal operations, improve distributor and partner support, and most importantly, strengthen the customer experience, marking another significant step in Elation's ongoing commitment to delivering greater value.
