Latin America. Shure expanded its team to serve the Brazilian and South American markets. Thiago Beziaco takes over as Sales Manager for Brazil. With a degree in Electronic Engineering from FESP (São Paulo Engineering School) and an MBA in Strategic and Economic Business Management from FGV (Fundação Getulio Vargas), Thiago has 20 years of solid experience in various business areas, working mainly in B2B sales.

An expert in channel management, including distributors, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), system integrators and sales representatives, he is passionate about value sales and always seeks to offer solutions to his customers with high-quality products and services.

"I am very happy to join Shure, a pioneering company recognized for its excellence in audio technology. With a legacy of innovation and a commitment to creating cutting-edge products, Shure is an industry leader, and I'm excited to contribute to its mission of delivering exceptional listening experiences.

Being part of the Shure team represents an incredible opportunity to work alongside talented and passionate people on projects that revolutionize audio technology. In addition, Arthur Fabrício joins the team as market development manager for South America, with a focus on Shure's Conferencing and Unified Communications portfolio. With more than 24 years of experience in the technology sector, Arthur has developed a strong track record in communication technologies, cloud services and digital work environments.

Previously, he led Microsoft Teams Rooms business development in Latin America at Microsoft and held a strategic position at Logitech as a solutions specialist for corporate accounts. His experience in technical sales, partner training, and channel strategy will directly contribute to Shure's growth goals in the region, driving solution adoption, expanding ecosystem partnerships, and bringing value to the corporate market. Recognized for his ability to combine strategic vision with practical execution, Arthur will focus on making an immediate and sustainable impact in the South American market.

"After several years of experience in the corporate video conferencing market, supporting clients using this resource, I realized that there is a common factor that affects most meetings that use video systems and communication platforms: audio.

For this reason, I joined Shure to develop our portfolio of conferences and unified communications in the South American market, with the aim of enabling companies to get the most out of their hybrid meeting experience, with an unmatched quality of communication," said Arthur Fabrício.

Thiago and Arthur will play crucial roles within Shure in their respective areas, and the company is confident that their extensive experience will bring great value to its customers and partners. Shure remains committed to excellence and innovation in audio solutions, and these recent hires reinforce the company's commitment to driving growth and success in the region.
