Latin America. Shure will introduce two new conferencing solutions at InfoComm 2025 that will enable AV and IT integrators to better support diverse meeting spaces.
In January, Shure launched its IntelliMix™ Room Kits, complete, certified solutions for Microsoft Teams Room with class-leading audio and video performance for small and large meeting rooms. Now, the company announces that the touchpad and compute included in the Room Kits will be marketed as a standalone system, the IntelliMix Foundation System, which allows AV professionals to mix and match Shure's versatile Microflex Ecosystem solutions of microphones and speakers with complementary third-party camera and control products.
The IntelliMix Foundation System is certified for Microsoft Teams and features built-in IntelliMix Room compute and a comprehensive digital signal processor (DSP) optimized for Shure solutions, as well as a high-resolution touchpad that provides intuitive control of meetings.
The second launch will be the Microflex™ MXN-6 networked pendant speaker, which will have its first appearance at InfoComm 2025. It offers high-quality voice reproduction for AV conferencing and is the latest addition to the Microflex speaker lineup, expanded at ISE 2025. Combined with Microflex Advance microphones and IntelliMix DSP solutions, the PoE-powered MXN-6 fits seamlessly into a Shure networked conferencing audio system and delivers superior audio performance, while eliminating the need for an additional external amplifier.
The new speaker supports standards-based security protocols to manage access and protect data, including 802.1X authentication and AES audio encryption. With the Designer 6 system configuration software, users can design and deploy each device within the Microflex Ecosystem signal chain and remotely manage device health through ShureCloud.
The MXN-6 features preset frequency response optimized for voice intelligibility in A/V conferencing applications Best of all, the MXN-6's sleek and attractive industrial design complements a wide variety of types of open-ceiling installations typically found in today's collaboration spaces.
