Latin America. AVPro Global, parent company of AVPro Edge, AudioControl Pro, Bullet Train, ThenAudio and Murideo, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Remote Technologies Incorporated (RTI).
RTI's portfolio includes remote controls, automation applications, processors, touchpads, keyboards, and AV signal routing solutions. By combining AVPro's expertise in audio and video signal connectivity with RTI's renowned remote control and automation solutions, the company seeks to drive accelerated innovation and deliver a seamless experience to end users.
RTI's engineering expertise will accelerate AVPro's system driver development to integrate its AVPro Edge and AudioControl products with a wide range of third-party automation platforms and brands. In turn, AVPro's rapid product development and strong manufacturing resources will enable RTI to deliver more effective products faster and at competitive prices.
