Christie launches a 45,000 lumens projector

Latin America. Christie has reached a new level of brightness for all three DLP chips with the new Roadie 4K45, the brightest lamp projector on the market offering 4K (4096 x 2160) resolution and 45,000 lumens at 60 Hz with optional 120 Hz capability.

It offers a higher level of image brightness for fixed and rental applications for events such as concerts, casinos, sporting events, amusement parks, conventions, annual meetings and much more. It incorporates Christie TruLife technology for a clearer image quality and true to reality.

Mike Garrido, Christie's senior product manager, said: "Renters often deal with the inevitable ambient light, and now, with the new and even brighter Roadie, that effect is minimised more than ever. And for the audience it means a richer, brighter image with more vivid detail, and a better overall experience. The combination of 4K, 60 or 120 hertz and DLP reliability makes it easy to handle the rigorous demands of stage rental and delivers impeccable image performance."
