PVS, new distributor of video solutions

Latin America. A new player in the distribution of video solutions for Latin America began operating in recent months. PVS, Professional Video Solutions, is the company formed by a group of people with extensive experience in the AV industry.

AVI Latin America spoke with Pablo Paludi, one of the mentors of the new company.

AVI: When and from whom did the idea for this new company come about?
Pablo Paludi: About a year ago, I started dreaming about creating a company that has creative video solutions and an excellent added value of technical support for all customers in the PROAV market of LATAM under the slogan "Profitable Products and Excellent Quality.

Today PVS (Professional Video Solutions) has become a reality and I can thank you for it. We have formed a solid and young work team, which makes us a very agile company that reaches its customers "providing solutions". All this added to our more than 20 years of experience in this market makes us a powerful solution.

AVI: Where is PVS based?
Pablo Paludi: We are located in Florida, United States, which is a strategic point for all our operations with all LATAM clients. In our headquarters we have commercial offices, a "Demo Room" and we also have a Warehouse of more than 600Mts with stock merchandise.

AVI: What markets are you targeting, do you have a special focus on Latin America?
Pablo Paludi: Our business is 90% focused on the LATAM ProAV market. We channel operations in the region through our network of distributors (we have partners in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Peru, Venezuela, Ecuador, Honduras and Panama) with whom we actively work every day.

AVI: What are the products and services you offer?
Pablo Paludi: We have our own manufacture of Videowall Processors, Switchers, Extenders, Matrixes, Converters, Scalers and Digital Signage equipment. We also offer project advice and have a certified technical department for all our products.

AVI: What are you looking to bring to the Latin AV market?
Pablo Paludi: Our main contribution is based on the fact that "We came to the Latin AV market to offer solutions". Thanks to our experience we know that this is the most important thing and today at PVS we are proud to be able to prove it.
