Latin America. twoloox announces that it has signed a purchase agreement with Christie Digital Systems to acquire the Pandoras Box and Widget Designer product lines, a previously announced transaction that involved the creation of a new company owned by professionals in the sector.
The owners of twoloox are Daniel Kaminski, Barbara Battaglia, Daniel Schäfer and Andre Maier. The transaction is scheduled to close on October 31, 2025.

The twoloox team has been linked to Pandoras Box's technology, products and customers for years, so the acquisition of these two product lines is a strategic and natural step in their journey.
