Latin America. Powersoft has released ArmoníaPlus 2.8, a major update packed with usability improvements that make operations more efficient and intuitive.
The upgrade also adds support for Powersoft's latest range of touring amplifiers, Unica 8T and Unica 4T, with multiple quality enhancements designed to speed up large-scale system setup through the workspace.
With a focus on simplicity, ArmoníaPlus 2.8 offers significant improvements in system design, tuning, and device management, as well as optimized group assignment for faster viewing. When you select a speaker, the names of the associated groups are highlighted in blue. This makes it easier to navigate between items and check assignments in the system.
In addition, the new "Replace with..." Right-click allows users to swap devices without needing to manually reconfigure them, as the new device inherits all DSP, network, and Dante configurations from the replaced unit.
The new update also offers users improvements to settings and presets, making them more intuitive. With this update, the applied preset is displayed directly on the speakers, and users can edit the manufacturer's preset application and EQ categories on multiple speakers simultaneously, even if the model doesn't match exactly, as long as they share the same configuration options.
ArmoníaPlus 2.8 also introduces a new channel band mode, which unifies multiple adjustment functions, such as Gain, Mute, EQ, Delay and Polarity, for faster and more intuitive adjustments. The Silence and Solo pages have been combined into a single Silent/Solo page, where Solo mode offers Exclusive and Additive options.
