Global Vía Pública acquires Clear Channel

Global Vía Pública adquiere Clear Channel

Latin America. Global Vía Pública, a regional company specializing in and leading communication solutions for public roads (OOH), takes a strategic step with the acquisition of Clear Channel in three new markets: Mexico, Peru and Chile.

Global Vía Pública becomes the leading company in Latin America with a presence in the five most important and attractive countries in the industry. Global Vía Pública in Chile, Argentina, Uruguay and now in Mexico and Peru, reaffirms its commitment to innovation, development, growth and the search for specialized regional solutions.

As a leading holding company in the out-of-home (OOH) sector, Global Vía Pública brings together various companies, all with the aim of transforming cities and improving services for citizens, aligning with the concept of Smart City. This approach makes it possible to offer sustainable, innovative and high-impact solutions that contribute to urban development and the connection between brands and communities.

This significant investment of $34 million in acquiring Clear Channel in these three markets not only reinforces its leadership, but also reflects its vision for the future and its imprint of transformation, development and change.

This strategic move underlines its interest in leading the transformation of the sector, betting on proposals that combine innovation, professionalism and love for service.

"This acquisition is much more than a territorial expansion; it is the reaffirmation of our purpose to transform cities and improve people's quality of life through innovative and sustainable solutions," said Federico Díez, president of Global Vía Pública.

He added that "I am enthusiastic, as is our entire team, for this challenge that we take on with total responsibility and commitment. We have worked for a long time on a carefully planned transition, ensuring the stability of our employees and ensuring that our customers will continue to receive an excellent service, with continuous improvements and solutions tailored to their needs."

This acquisition consolidates Global Vía Pública's position as a Latin American leader in the OOH market, marking a milestone in its growth history and reaffirming its commitment to the development of solutions that positively impact cities and their inhabitants.
