Delta Launches Delta Intelligent Building Technologies (DIBT)

Delta lanza Delta Intelligent Building Technologies (DIBT)

International. Delta introduced Delta Intelligent Building Technologies (DIBT), the new brand that will integrate all of its smart and sustainable building solutions.

By combining the expertise of Delta's brands (Amerlux for architectural lighting, Delta Controls and Loytec for building automation, and March Networks and Vivotek for video surveillance), DIBT seeks to optimize building efficiency, energy conservation, safety and occupant comfort.

Bill Lo, Managing Director of Delta's Building Automation business group, said, "With DIBT, Delta reinforces its leadership in the smart building industry by offering end-to-end solutions that cover all aspects of building management. Our goal is to deliver customized solutions that leverage the strengths of Delta's core brands while enhancing our sales, systems integration and customer service capabilities. This initiative will enable customers to meet the growing demands for smart buildings, urban infrastructure and sustainability."

Effective December 1, 2024, subsidiaries Amerlux LLC and Delta Controls, Inc. are fully integrated with DIBT and their company names will change to Delta Intelligent Building Technologies (USA), LLC and Delta Intelligent Building Technologies (Canada), Inc. respectively. The aforementioned integration further enhances the overall offering and ensures a seamless customer experience with Delta's end-to-end smart building solutions.

Products and solutions from building automation provider Loytec, as well as AI-based video surveillance solution providers March Networks and Vivotek, will also be integral parts of DIBT's complete solution offering.
