Hisense receives recognition for ultra-short throw projector

Hisense recibe reconocimiento por proyector de tiro ultracorto

Mexico. Hisense was recognized at the prestigious UST Projector Showdown 2024 event. The PX3-PRO TriChroma 4K Laser Projector took first place, cementing itself as the best ultra-short throw projector for home entertainment.

In its third edition, the UST Projector Showdown rigorously evaluated ultra-short-throw projectors, analyzing aspects such as color accuracy, contrast, black levels and sharpness of detail. A panel of six experts, including ISF-certified calibrators and professional critics, rated the participants.

Commenting on the PX3-PRO, the judges noted: "Hisense has always stood out as a pioneer in high-quality ultra-short throw (UST) projectors. This year, they're not only among the best, but they're probably the best."

The PX3-PRO takes the experience of its predecessor, the PX1-PRO, to another level, tripling its native contrast ratio (3,000:1) and delivering images up to 150 inches. Its patented Hisense LPU™ technology and TriChroma™ triple laser projection ensure exceptional image quality, enhanced by Pro AI algorithms that optimize brightness, contrast and reduce noise in real time. With 3,000 ANSI lumens brightness, Dolby Vision support, and up to HSR240 refresh rate, it's ideal for both movies and gaming, even in brightly lit environments.

In addition to the PX3-PRO, the new Laser 4K Cinema PL2 model achieved third place, standing out for its value for money. The judges noted that the PL2 outperformed projectors that double its price in SDR (Standard Dynamic Range) performance and ranked second in HDR (High Dynamic Range). This model demonstrates Hisense's commitment to democratizing premium technology at the best price.

The PX3-PRO projector was launched in Mexico in 2024 and is now available in authorized sales channels by Hisense Mexico.
