This Tuesday, November 12, the LiveTec Music Industry Day arrives

Este martes 12 de noviembre llega el LiveTec Music Industry Day

Miami. As part of the Latin Grammy week, which will be held in Miami, LiveTec Show and Sony Music will present the LiveTec Music Industry Day, a space that will analyze the commercial and technological developments that affect the music industry in Latin America.

In this space, prominent music producers from Latin America will meet in two panels in which they will shed light on the question: How will technology affect the music and entertainment business?

The first session, which will begin at 10:30 a.m., has been called Dolby Atmos and its impact on studio and live music environments. Panelists will be Diego Acosta, 5020 Studios (Sony Music); Maurice Patist, PMC; Lewis Pickett, Grammy Winning Engineer; Phill Scholes, VP Technical Operations; and Christine Thomas, Dolby Labs.

The second session, which will begin at 12:00 p.m., has been called The Monetization of your music: Opportunities with Sync in the digital age. Para esta discusión se reunirán Mary Núñez, Warner Chappell; José Luis Pagan, UPM; Fernando Amendola, Disney Latin America; Darlene Rodríguez, Sony Music Entertainment; Michael Dyson, NBC/Universal; and Max Oldham, Netflix Latin America.

In addition to the panels, there will be networking space between the panelists and guests, including music producers and promoters, artists, record label managers, venue managers, touring professionals, audio and video professionals, streaming and content solution providers.

The day, which will be held at the Miami Design District, will begin at 10:00 a.m. and will last until 2:00 p.m. For full details and to register, click here.
