Christie's new Authorized Service Center in Mexico

Nuevo Centro de Servicio Autorizado de Christie en México

Mexico. Christie has named Croma Digital as the brand's new Authorized Service Center in Mexico. Croma Digital has been a partner of Christie since 2015, marketing the brand's projection solutions, especially for Rental projects.

In its new role as Christie's Authorized Service Center in Mexico, Croma Digital will offer technical support mainly to the entire range of Christie's 1DLP and 3DLP projectors for the Pro AV market, and will maintain a significant stock of parts and spare parts, streamlining after-sales service and the marketing of spare parts.

"We are very pleased to strengthen our business relationship with Christie in Mexico; this agreement is an excellent opportunity to guarantee our customers high-quality solutions with an excellent technical service," said Carlos Rendón, CEO of Croma Digital.

He added: "We will become a key technical support to ensure that our customers' investment is backed with a high-quality local service, providing confidence to the brand's users. Christie offers us a wide variety of equipment that adapts to different needs and demands, according to the requirements of each project, and always with the guarantee of its brand."

Israel Diaz, Sales Manager of Christie's Enterprise division in Mexico, commented: "We are very happy to strengthen our ties with Croma Digital. Its new role as an Authorized Service Center will allow us to have a strategic partner that will contribute to further improving the excellent support we want to provide to our customers in the country."

In addition, Christie and Croma Digital have signed an exclusivity agreement for the commercialization in Mexico of Christie's Griffyn Series projectors. This range features 3DLP technology, RGB pure laser lighting and 4K resolution (4096 x 2160), and includes two models of 36500 and 50000 lumens.

Carlos Rendón concluded: "At Croma Digital we will use this equipment, which is extraordinary, and we will incorporate it to boost both its sale and its rent."
