Grupo Covix celebrates 40 years with good expectations

juan carlos alcazar

Mexico. 2023 is a special year for the Covix Group. Juan Carlos Alcazar, CEO of the company, pointed out that 2022 was a great year and 2023 started very well, in part, due to the inertia that is brought, the projects accumulated during the pandemic and the demand for new opportunities. In addition, the company celebrates its 40 years of operations.

To achieve these goals, they are supporting two of the four verticals in which they operate, with smart boardrooms and monitoring centers being the ones most in demand. "For us, Boardrooms and Remote Collaboration Solutions. Without a doubt they are solutions that continue to be used every day more and of course, day by day they require greater innovation and new improvements, "he said.

Among the industry trends that he has identified to strengthen in the medium term, he pointed out that, in terms of deployment technology, they are focusing on DV-LED and videoconferencing solutions, the trend is multiplatform or cross platform solutions. "Last but not least, end users want to know more about AVoIP solutions and of course see what's new in Mexico with Chat GPT and other players in the AI world."

In that sense, he hopes at InfoComm Show 2023 that manufacturers are offering solutions in which they homologate their videoconferencing platforms to give the end user a more practical solution. It also expects to find new technology and new products that it can implement and offer to all its customers, with the aim of offering the best and the latest globally.

"We look forward to meeting many of our customers and of course our Partners, we want to greet them and catch up. Although we also want to find manufacturers to talk with them, get better alliances and of course, better discounts, he added.
