During her participation, the vice president of Enacom, Silvana Giudici, said: "With the advances in the Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence we try to make life easier for citizens and bring them closer to the State through the provision of services and, thus, enable a greater number of procedures at a distance so that they do not have to replicate paper procedures in any agency." In addition, he added: "They also serve for other fantastic developments that, through the Ministry of Modernization, are already a reality such as telemedicine, virtual medical history and remote medical consultations."
