
In this Seminar Leonardo Trillos will plate a process for customer service, from the first contact to the end of the audiovisual project and will include tips for a correct management of the service. It will take into account aspects such as approach, accompaniment, implementation, and satisfaction, as well as terminology and tips against a correct management of the service in front of positive and negative customers, including contingencies and failures in the installed equipment, brand positioning and customer loyalty.
Leonardo Trillos, is a musician and composer, marketer and publicist, has a diploma in service management and multimedia, as well as eight years of experience in the audiovisual sector. He started in the AV world designing and coordinating musical and corporate events.
He has worked on the implementation of AV systems and solutions for restaurants, boardrooms, video conferencing and training; as well as for auditoriums, theaters, and boardrooms, including control systems, video and audio chain. He has been trained in the design of audiovisual systems and in consulting.
