Latin America. Biamp introduced Parlé Presenter Lift, which uses Parlé ceiling microphones to pick up and reinforce presenters' voices without the need for conventional podium, handheld or headset microphones.
Parlé Presenter Lift uses Parlé beamforming microphones, combined with sophisticated signal processing to enhance gain and suppress feedback, giving presenters all the advantages of traditional microphones without the hassle.
Parlé Presenter Lift amplifies and projects the voice of the presenter in auditoriums and presentation spaces of all sizes, including classrooms, divisible rooms, multipurpose rooms, training rooms and auditoriums, from above, allowing presenters exceptional sound while moving freely around the stage, without any elements connected to their clothing or body.
Parlé Presenter Lift is activated by precisely blocking the audio beams of the Parlé ceiling microphone for better control of sound pickup. Combined with a new algorithm built into Tesira digital signal processors (DSPs) that improves feedback suppression, these features optimize the capacity of current Parlé ceiling microphones and Tesira DSPs to address more complex use cases and room configurations.
To address the complexities of designing auditorium solutions, Biamp has also updated its classroom design tool to automate microphone placement in auditoriums and large presentation spaces. Presentation Designer further optimizes the elevation of presenter voice with a guided design process to easily plan system requirements.
