The display, along with its 60Hz refresh rate via a DisplayPort connection, gives viewers an immersive and clear experience. NEC is bringing the professional graphics color adjustment capabilities of its high-end displays to digital signage. Through the new SpectraView engine, organizations have the ability to manipulate the color of certain sectors within the screen to improve their business needs.
The display also has the ability to enhance non-native content to panel resolution. Extending the normal scaling, when a full high-definition signal is put into the system, the new UHD Upscaling feature takes into account the brightness and color of the surrounding pixels and adjusts the target pixels accordingly to provide an even sharper and richer image.
