Sony introduced home audio products

Latin America. Sony announced an extensive line of home audio products with high resolution, multi-space capability and better music streaming. New soundbars, audio/video receivers and portable speakers offer unprecedented access to music throughout the home, allowing fans to easily listen to the music they want, wherever they want in their home.

Sony, with the development of unique audio technologies, has designed these products to play master-quality recordings as originally intended by the artist, and at the same time support 4K content. The new products are equipped with DSEE HX™ technology, which allows transmission sources that do not have high-resolution quality to increase it to deliver higher quality sound.

Improved Musical Environment

The new range of home audio products will offer Spotify Connect, allowing consumers to have a greater selection of music external to their personal music library. The new products will be prepared to stream different applications to simplify the experience of listening to music.

In addition, Sony's updated SongPal™ mobile app allows users to sync multiple Sony audio products throughout the home while controlling and browsing content from sources like Spotify Connect and 4K from larger studios.

These products include Sony's exclusive LDAC™ circuits, which allow high-quality wireless audio to be streamed via Bluetooth. LDAC, with data transmission three times that of standard Bluetooth, offers an enhanced wireless audio experience for all types of music. The wireless speakers also include built-in echo and noise suppression, for making hands-free, crisp-sounding calls via Smartphones with Bluetooth HFP/HSP.

Soundbar

Sony's premium HT-ST9 7.1-channel soundbar with wireless subwoofer features 9 separate speakers and 7 discrete amplifiers that deliver incredible detail and acoustic clarity, plus support for high-resolution audio. The HT-ST9 is a multi-space networked soundbar that can stream Spotify Connect-ready music and audio apps to multiple speakers throughout the home via the Sony SongPal Link app. Introducing HDMI capabilities with HDCP 2.2 for the first time on a Sony soundbar, consumers can now enjoy 4K content from larger studios with the highest audio/video quality. In addition, this product includes the convenience of Bluetooth streaming thanks to one-touch LDAC and NFC connectivity.

Like the HT-ST9, the HT-NT3 also supports 4K content from larger studios through multi-space capability, HDCP 2.2 and Spotify Connect, via the SongPal Link app. The 2.1-channel premium soundbar with wireless subwoofer has a slim design that perfectly fits the sleek design of today's TVs.
