Epson positions itself with laser phosphor projectors

Gabriel GoncalvesISE. Epson introduced its new Pro L Series laser projectors for large spaces, including the world's first 3LCD projector with 25,000 lumens of color luminosity and 25,000 lumens of white luminosity. The models in this series are also the first to include a laser light source with an inorganic phosphor wheel in combination with inorganic LCD panels for incredible image quality, durability and reliability.

"The new Pro L Series projectors demonstrate Epson's strong commitment to becoming the number one brand in the laser phosphor market," said Gabriel Gonçalves, Regional Projector Manager for Latin America. "Offering innovative and reliable products is a priority for the company. Leveraging our experience in delivering excellent image quality, we believe it won't be long until these new models are considered the first choice when purchasing a professional laser phosphor projector."

With the company's new inorganic components and original 3LCD technology, these laser projectors offer superior performance, quality, reliability and flexibility. The Pro L25000 delivers an incredible 25,000 lumens brightness and a wide variety of 4K-compatible lenses, while the L1000 Pro Series projector delivers anywhere from 6,000 to 12,000 lumens and offers nine optional lenses, including the world's first ultra-short-throw lens with zero offset.

These Epson 3LCD laser projectors include several advantages for large space installations. In addition to the brand's signature image quality, Epson's original LCD panels and phosphor wheel offer superior resistance to light and heat thanks to their inorganic material, and their combination results in bright and intense images for extremely long periods (such as 24/7 operations), up to 20,000 hours of virtually maintenance-free use.

These new models are designed for a wide variety of locations and applications,  such as edge-blending, stacking, portrait projection (90 degrees), mapping, 360-degree installation and a wide range of optional lenses.
