New Panasonic EF1 display reference available

Latin America. Panasonic has expanded its range of screens aimed at posters with the launch of the EF1 series, a new series that incorporates 32, 75 and 84-inch devices to the LFE8 series, presented at ISE 2015.

The EF1 series, available since July 2016, offers high image quality, reliability and standalone functionality on an IPS panel. The models also integrate a USB media player, eliminating the need to use a set-top box or computer to make use of basic functionalities. This system also allows you to view content synchronously on multiple screens using the USB media player, when the screens are connected via LAN or HUB.

"LED technology, which generates a brightness of 350 cd/m2 at Full HD resolution thanks to its high efficiency, together with Panasonic's IPS panel, which ensures great visibility and guarantees chromatic quality from the sides, make the EF1 series an extraordinary and at the same time economical solution for the digital signage sector or for its general use in offices and classrooms", explains Enrique Robledo, Panasonic's Marketing Director for Europe.

The EF1 series incorporates a variety of connectivity options: two HDMI, DVI-D, USB, PC/component ports and video inputs that link LAN, RS-232C and IR input and output terminals. In total, it supports 59 types of PC signals.

In addition, the EF1 series is available in 32, 75 and 84 inches, which expands on the current options of the LFE8 series, available in 43, 48, 55 and 65 inches.

This series is compatible with Panasonic's free Multi Monitoring and Control software. This application extends the network functions to include distribution of content to multiple screens via PC and the ability to automatically turn the device on and off, switch to the USB signal and play content according to a program, an ideal function for educational environments, showrooms, commercial spaces and offices.
