International. Sennheiser presented the new EK6042 in Spain. It is a two-channel wireless diversity receiver for camera, which can work indistinctly with sennheiser analog and digital transmitters, being automatically configured via IR.
Through a USB connector, the EK 6042 can be connected to a PC or MAC and configured via a web interface. No specific software is necessary.
Compatibility with most professional cameras on the market is ensured by two different types of adapters available, 15-pin and 25-pin. EK 6042 is compatible with "SuperSlot" and adapts without problems to SOUND DEVICES equipment, the same for ARRI and Panasonic and Sony cameras.
In the case of cameras without a receiver slot, there is an accessory consisting of a panel adaptable to the back of the camera (GA 6042 BP). If the camera does not have power for the receiver, there is another accessory that consists of a power adapter for 2 batteries BA 61 (GA 6042 BA).
