BT Group and Polycom signed a three-year agreement designed to accelerate the growth of unified conferencing solutions within companies and public sector organisations around the world.This agreement includes plans to add Polycom certificates of technical assistance specialists to support BT's global operation, support services, as well as to drive a new support programme.
Under this global alliance, the companies combine Polycom voice and video communications and telepresence solutions with high-speed BT managed services from the MPLS network. The solutions contain jointly developed innovations, which will allow companies to collaborate mutually for multinational firms, large organizations, and small and medium-sized enterprises.
