Latin America. On October 8th, the Novotel Hotel in Buenos Aires was the setting for the Building Automation Days by KNX LATAM, Argentina 2025 Edition.
This was a day that brought together more than 60 professionals from the sector, including integrators, architects, engineers and specialists in home automation, to reflect on the advances, challenges and opportunities that will mark the future of building automation in the region.
During the event, keynote speeches, technical workshops, product exhibitions, and networking spaces were held that fostered the exchange of ideas and collaboration between key players in the technology ecosystem. Among the outstanding speakers were the following:
● Sebastián Casón, president of the Argentine Chamber of Electronic Security (CASEL), who presented the paper: Convergence between security and automation, underlining the importance of a comprehensive vision of security as part of an intelligent ecosystem.

● Daniel Gómez from JUNG presented the conference, Integrating IoT into KNX Projects: Objectives, Uses and Practical Cases

● Jonathan Gonzalez from FINDER shared: Increased interoperability in KNX: Integrating IoT for a connected future
● Alejandro Sayegh de Zennio closed the day with; KNX applied to smart buildings: energy efficiency and comfort

Meeting in Mexico
From 14 to 16 October, KNX Mexico successfully participated in Obra Blanca 2025, one of the most important design, architecture and construction events in Latin America.
The stand was a meeting point for professionals, brands and building automation enthusiasts, consolidating KNX's role as a benchmark in innovation and sustainable technology.
More than 200 attendees visited the Agora conference room, where solutions, trends and success stories in home automation and automation were presented. Thanks to the support of 6 sponsors committed to the development of the sector, it was possible to offer an enriching experience, with demonstrations, talks and networking spaces that promoted new collaborations.
