Digital signage evolves towards interactivity and engagement

Digital signage

ISE. The technology for digital signage of nsign.tv is present at ISE 2023 with several new features to show how digital signage is evolving towards digital experience solutions that allow greater interactivity and engagement with customers and consumers.

At its stand, the company has two areas of active demonstrations of its digital signage platform and will divide the booth into four well-defined areas that structure its value proposition, namely:

Usability: nsign.tv shows its multiplatform that works in SOC with different brands of screens such as iiyama, Samsung, LG, Phillips, Vestel and even with an LED with external player synchronizing content and acting as a videowall.

Engagement: The nsign.tv platform exhibits its interactivity through IOT/RFID, NFC, QR, Presence Sensor solutions, etc. as well as Lift&Learn applications and product comparisons. "In this section we also show content interactions according to the type of audience through facial recognition systems integrated with nsign.tv," said Albert Baranera, managing director of the company.

Analytic: Customers and brands increasingly need data-driven solutions to be able to analyze the impact of their digital assets. Therefore, in this section, the company shows how its platform processes different data connected to cameras to be able to see audience analytics, content broadcast data or connectivity with POS systems. "We will also present the new nsign.tv connectivity module with Microsoft's Power Bi tool," adds Baranera.

Dynamic content: It is clear that the versatility offered by html5 applications to display content gives us a multitude of possibilities to dynamize these contents and update them automatically. In this sense, several Dynamic pricing solutions for different verticals nsign.tv exhibited, and visitors can interact through a touch kiosk.
