AV Latino Contest changes to CALA AWARDS

CALA AWARDS

Latin America. Latin Press Events & Marketing presents the CALA Awards™, a brand that renews the image of the AV Latino Contest, which in previous years was awarded by AVI Latin America magazine. For this 2023, the CALA Awards™ unifies the awards of different industries, recognizing the best audiovisual projects carried out in Latin America during the last year.

It is worth noting that the CALA AWARDS BEST AV PROJECT will be awarded within the framework of IntegraTEC Mexico (August 16, 17 and 18), this seeks to recognize, highlight and motivate integration in projects and their impact on the industry.

With the new name of the awards, Latin Press Events & Marketing seeks to reflect its regional approach and experience for more than 30 years. The CALA refers to the Caribbean and Latin America, regions in which it has developed its events and its specialized media circulate.

In 2022, the winner was the Mexican integrator Zasu, with the project at the Cetro viewpoint.

For 2023 and taking into account the challenges that the industry has in implementations and technological trends, the CALA AWARDS seeks to show the type of cutting-edge audiovisual technologies incorporated, the degree to which audiovisual technologies positively influence the quality of life of people, optimizing communication and interaction between them and the benefits of the project for the region or the country.

The winning project of the 2023 version of the CALA AWARD BEST AV PROJECT IN LATIN AMERICA will be chosen among the five finalists through virtual voting, which will take place between August 3 and 18, 2023, through the websites of AVI LATINOAMÉRICA magazine and IntegraTEC.
