Schneider Electric Introduced New Circuit Breakers

Schneider Electric

Latin America. Schneider Electric announced its new generation of ComPacT molded box circuit breakers. With a renewed design that saves time and money in the installation and greater connectivity with the new wireless auxiliaries that will fit perfectly in all projects.

They are designed to improve efficiency as they now have a semi-transparent lid to quickly identify accessories inside the switch, and a QR code for easy access to device documentation. In addition to having new integrated differential protection units and standardized accessories, which means you will save space, time and effort.

The ComPacT range comes ready for the connectivity of "Plug-and-Play" accessories such as the new wireless auxiliary contact that provide users with a better understanding of their electrical distribution system, to maximize power availability. By putting data in the hands of users anywhere, anytime, to increase monitoring and decision-making, this breakthrough redefines how we work in the IoT era.

With reliability it is possible to enjoy the peace of mind of the molded box circuit breakers of optimized size and with innovations adapted to your needs. Rotoactive cutting technology remains in this evolution, and helps to increase the service life of the facilities. You can rely on the ComPacT NSX range, even in the most demanding environments.

"By keeping the new units the same shape and size as their predecessors, switches already in use can be easily modernized. This opens up the opportunity to expand switch capabilities transgenerationally to unleash all digital intelligence," said Edwin Cely South America Offer Marketing Leader of the company.

Finally, ComPacT is listed as a Green Premium product that drives the generation of more digital and sustainable ecosystems, and has been updated to use 100% recycled cardboard in its packaging.
