Latin America. AVIXA elected the members of its AVIXA Board of Directors and Leadership Search Committee (LSC) for 2022.
Cathryn Lai, Chief Commercial Officer of OpenBet, has been elected to the position of Secretary-Treasurer of the Board by avixa members. AVIXA members also elected Michelle Grabel-Komar, Vice President of Sales at Full Compass Systems, and Dena Lowery, COO, Opus Agency to serve on the Board of Directors.
In addition, the Leadership Selection Committee (LSC) appointed Tze Tze Lam, Executive Director of Electro-Acoustics Systems, and Mradul Sharma, Director, 3CDN Workplace Tech, to also join avixa's Board of Directors.
Frank Pisano, BrightSign's Vice President of Americas Sales, has been elected to the Leadership Selection Committee. In addition, Jon Sidwick, Chairman of the Board of Directors, has appointed Sharath Abraham, CTS, Engineering Manager, New York Metropolitan Region, AVI-SPL, and Christian Orcin, Managing Director, d&b audiotechnik Spain, Portugal and Italy, to join the Leadership Selection Committee.
