ClearOne presented its Convergence Cloud AV Manager

clearone

Latin America. ClearOne announced the full market availability of its new Convergence Cloud AV Manager, which enables integrators and enterprise-grade users to remotely manage unlimited ClearOne systems across multiple rooms, multiple buildings, and even across continents.

According to ClearOne President and CEO Zee Hakimoglu, the new service has successfully completed a beta testing period and is now immediately available to provide integrators with an easy way to remotely access and manage customers' systems, and the added benefit of offering them the opportunity to create a new revenue stream.

Based on ClearOne's existing Convergence management software, the new Convergence Cloud AV Manager gives system integrators and administrators full control of any connected system through a web portal that can be accessed from any device, anywhere in the world.

Integrators using Convergence Cloud AV Manager can update passwords for all devices on a system at once, back up configuration files, configure automatic alerts for system-specific issues, and have an immediate view of all connected installations at any time. The web portal provides a central dashboard that displays all customers with managed systems and allows quick access to troubleshoot or apply updates.

Integration companies can test the new service through a free trial and then determine the level of usage they expect. ClearOne pricing is staggered based on the number of customers and systems being monitored, and integrators can determine their own pricing for monitoring in customer contracts.

This allows integrators to add a new revenue stream, add immense value to their contracts and customer support services, and even reduce operating costs by reducing the number of visits and work hours required to manage customer systems.

ClearOne resellers can tailor their service offerings to individual customer needs, including providing limited or full access to customers' employees and instituting automatic alerts that will be sent to AV managers on site.

The web portal features clear, intuitive organization and graphics, allowing users to quickly and easily navigate to see customers, buildings, and individual rooms for closer monitoring and action. Integrators can also view complete lists of audio or video devices they manage and immediately identify all connected computers that are healthy, idle, or have issues that require action.
