Boat certifies Yamaha UC Adecia system

Latin America. Yamaha Unified Communications announced that its Adecia solution is now barco-certified, making it fully interoperable with Barco ClickShare Conference.

Adecia is a complete and intelligent system of in-line array microphones and speakers designed to remove all barriers to equip conference rooms and classrooms with superior audio quality. This increases the value of the solution, delivering high-quality conferencing even in the most demanding spaces through the best combination of API solutions and flexibilities. It also expands Yamaha's line of Barco-certified products, which includes the YVC series.

"The era of digital collaboration demands simple and effective interoperability between devices and conferencing equipment, a goal we continue to strive for by expanding and deepening our partnerships," said Michelle Baeza, director of strategic partnerships at Yamaha UC. "With this certification, we are effectively expanding the scope and scale of applications where possible. Now, organizations that need to support even larger rooms with professionally installed audio systems can benefit from Barco's streamlined experience."

Barco's ClickShare Conference product range works seamlessly not only with the user's display and camera setup without the hassle of physically connecting devices via cables and adapters, but also with Yamaha's conferencing solutions, which now include Adecia, as well as the YVC-200 portable USB and Bluetooth speaker. , YVC-330 USB and Bluetooth speaker, and YVC-1000 microphone and speaker system. Both Yamaha's UC and Barco ClickShare solutions work with all current UC platforms.
