Convergint Technologies acquires Seal Telecom

seal telecomLatin America. The service-based systems integration company, Convergint Technologies, acquired Seal Telecom, a Brazilian-based systems integration company with reach throughout Latin America.

"Seal Telecom is a critical addition to our global team; we are well positioned to support our local and multinational customers in all regions, in line with our culture and values."

Seal Telecom offers innovative audio and video solutions, unified communication, smart buildings, transmission, and fire and security solutions. In September 2020, Seal and Convergint established an exclusive strategic partnership, expanding and enhancing the customer service capabilities of both companies in the Latam region.

Seal's rich experience and inclusive, customer- and people-centric environment allows it to provide an exceptional customer experience with reduced service times, multilingual options, and 24/7 customer support. Seal Telecom brings 20 years of experience in Latam and adds more than 500 colleagues to the Convergint team, serving Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Mexico and the Caribbean.
