Tecnolite and Tuya join forces to strengthen IoT development

Mexico. The company Tecnolite reported its alliance with the Chinese company Tuya. Edgar Gómez, Director of New Business of Grupo Construlita, as well as Johnny Lu, General Manager for Latin America, the Middle East and Africa, met within the framework of the EXPO ELA to make known to the media and the public present, as well as to clients and associates of the migration of the company Tecnolite to the IoT by the hand of the company TUYA.

Why IoT?
With the smart lighting market expected to be worth $30.6 billion by 2025, now is a good time to be a part of this market. According to Swedish research firm Berg, 63 million American homes will be considered "smart" by 2022.

Wholesale groups will be able to start with the product categories that are best known in their respective territories, especially those where they have already been successful.

"We live in an era where all devices are connecting to the internet and our customers are looking to have more connected lives in terms of health, safety, comfort and lifestyle," said Edgar Gómez. "We have designed with TUYA a platform with a set of standards for devices to work in a single application, we promise our users constant innovation and it is with this strategic alliance that we will achieve it," he said.

Tuya has established strategic alliances with Grupo Construlita, Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Samsung, etc. Thanks to its commitment to the expansion of the global AI+IoT market, it has managed to acquire the development of almost 70% of the IoT brands compatible with Alexa voice search.

Joint Objectives
In the residential market, the goal will be for the Tecnolite Connect brand to have a leading position in the IoT market. Expanding complete categories to offer solutions of greater scope and with an excellent cost-benefit ratio and ease of installation.

In the Telecom business, the integration of the system with Telecommunications customers will be sought together. Offering new service models for this segment.

Finally, for the professional sector, a flexible business model will be sought for the commercialization of commercial lighting, smart apartments, hotels and security.
