R1 Group and RLA sign regional cooperation agreement

Chile. In the first weeks of October, the leading companies in Audiovisual Services and Integral Solutions for events in Latin America, gathered their main Executives, in the city of Santiago de Chile, to celebrate a regional alliance that allows expanding the offer of services to all clients interested in holding international quality events in the best hotels and convention centers in Latin America.

The agreement was confirmed on October 18, and after the visit made by the executives of the R1 Group to the RLA facilities in the city of Santiago de Chile.

For Raffaele Cecere, Co-founder and current President of the R1 Group, "this is a great moment in the history of our company, and especially at this time when we begin to celebrate our first 15 years of services, conquering alliances with colleagues such as RLA. Undoubtedly, it will be a new way to add value to our customers who from Brazil carry out more and more MICE activities in countries such as Chile, Peru, Colombia and Panama. We are very happy to be able to add all of RLA's expertise and count on its technical capability in the best hotels and event centers in those countries."

According to Juan Carlos Vergara, CEO of RLA, "Aligned with one of RLA's main objectives of providing a comprehensive service to our clients throughout Latin America, this important alliance allows us to support our clients in their events in Brazil with the peace of mind of having the best partner. Given R1's track record we are sure to leave our customers in the best hands. We are both members of AVIXA and work under the same international standards to deliver world-class service."

For his part, Juan Pablo De Vera, CEO of the R1 Group, stressed that "When we designed our strategic regional expansion plan to meet the growing demand of our customers from Brazil, we decided to do so by looking for the true "partners". And when we get to know RLA's leadership team, to know about its entire history of growth and expansion, especially in such important markets, we feel very identified. And not only for its achievements, technical and operational capacity, but also for its principles, its values and its business vision."

The strategic alliance consolidates the service offer of the R1 Group and RLA, which now combine more than 30 years of experience holding events in 7 countries in Latin America, and maximizing their presence in 107 large hotels and event centers. There will be more than 22,000 events held per year, now expanding the capacity of creation, production and management of events with quality and international projection.
