VuWall Launches CTS Accredited Training Program

Latin America. VuWall announced AVIXA's accreditation of the VuWall Certified Specialist training program. Created for system designers, technical sales, consultants, and field and service technicians, the training is free for qualified resellers and offered several times a year at VuWall's montreal and Stuttgart locations.

Resellers who complete the training can obtain up to 17 renewal units (RU) to renew avixa's Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) credential after successfully completing the written and practical exams.

"With the growing demand for video wall and visualization solutions in the international arena, we are providing AV professionals with training resources that allow them to take advantage of these opportunities," said Paul Vander Plaetse, CEO of VuWall. "This program will give them the assurance that they need to expand their expertise with confidence. They will address several facets that need to be considered when designing, configuring and maintaining VuWall video wall systems."

VuWall's certification program includes hands-on training and is divided into three levels:
• Level I: VuWall Designer (7 RU)
Participants taking this course will be able to present the full line of VuWall solutions to potential end users and help design a video wall project, primarily for the VuWall VuScape series of video wall processors and the TRx AV network management system.
• Level II: VuWall Field Technician (7 RU)
This training will allow graduates to implement and troubleshoot the VuWall product line autonomously. By the end of this course, they will feel comfortable providing on-site technical support to end users. They can expect a deep dive into the system configuration for a single, redundant configuration. This course also covers scripting, troubleshooting the most common scenarios, handling updates and licensing.
• Level III: VuWall Service Specialist (3 RU)
Level III completes certification training, allowing graduates to feel confident in being the first line of end-user support for the VuScape and TRx series, with a much deeper understanding of processors. This course examines database, video card information, maintenance, installation procedures, service, and troubleshooting.
