Chile. AVIXA will offer the new course of Networked Audiovisual Systems (NAVS ) that will be held in Santiago, Chile, from July 29 to 31, 2019.
This three-day advanced course explores the impacts of audiovisual systems on networks. Participants will gain an in-depth understanding of the network architecture, components, protocols, security, and important considerations for implementing AV on the network.
The course is aimed at:
- Integrators
 - Project Consultants
 - AV and IT Managers
 - IT professionals responsible for designing, implementing, or maintaining networked AV systems
 
At the end of the course participants will be prepared to:
- Discover customer needs for networked systems, starting with a robust introduction to networking and IT terminology.
 - Intercept, filter, and read network conversations between AV and IT devices through interactive demonstrations of the Wireshark network analyzer.
 - Discuss streaming, digital signal, conferencing, security, service level agreements, monitoring, remote management, and much more.
 - Recognize the conflict of choice between quality and bandwidth, and learn how to specify devices for corporate networks.
 - Gain the knowledge needed to solve the AV/IT cultural divide while managing conflicts between network policies and customer demands.
 - Learn how to make agreements, document and maintain shared expectations for networked systems.
