One week away from InfoComm Show 2019

InfoComm. The InfoComm 2019 fair, to be held in Orlando / United States, from June 12 to 14, is the opportunity to enjoy unique experiences and opportunities in education, technology and networking, without neglecting the experiences that will provide the events scheduled especially for all attendees to this meeting of the professional AV industry.

This year will begin with the Opening Reception at Pointe Orlando, on Tuesday, June 11 at 7 p.m. Access to the inauguration is free, but you must bring your fair ID in order to enter.

And it will end with a flourish with the Meeting of the Latin American AV Group, where the AVIXA Latin America team offers a light breakfast on the last day of the fair, on Friday, June 8, from 8 a.m. in room W315; there you will have the opportunity to learn more about the association, the industry and to create synergies with other AV professionals.

But in the midst of these two events recognized by all, the fair offers other activities that contribute to its professionalization and updating in technology, trends and development of new products.

From traditional conferences that go from Tuesday to Friday, to new sessions oriented to vertical markets, this year InfoComm 2019 has a range of possibilities for everyone.

Seminars and workshops
This year's program includes new training sessions and workshops, with more than 150 education options to choose from, as well as the new one-day conference and Integrated Life pavilion, with specialized technologies for smart buildings that focus on the opportunities for correlation between the commercial and residential audiovisual markets.

Center Stage
At the Center Stage, which runs for the third year, you'll be able to find creative dialogues inside and outside of traditional AV use cases to explore the intersection of technology, business outcomes, and quality of life; they involve leading thinkers and professionals from entertainment, corporate, health, education and hospitality. On Wednesday and Thursday, the Center Stage will offer "Meet the Experts" sessions, where attendees will have the opportunity to network with speakers and ask questions. Stop by booth 3161 to listen to more than two dozen free sessions.

Sessions for the hospitality industry
AVIXA has partnered with Hotel Management to present educational sessions that focus on the hospitality industry at InfoComm 2019. Learn how to compete in the audiovisual market for this industry by understanding the visual storytelling, audio and lighting needs of hotels.

Sessions for the RETAIL industry
The latest AV innovations for Retail will also be part of the fair. You will be able to learn how to create an immersive experience with the power of sound, lighting and digital signage and learn in more than 24 sessions about architectural acoustics, playgrounds in the retail market, visual recognition, creation of personalized environments, success stories and much more.

Emerging Trends Day
As in 2018, InfoComm's Emerging Trends Day will explore the technologies and forces impacting the pro-AV industry, from Internet Protocol to disruptive audio and video, to unified communications and collaboration (UCC) and their impact on the functioning of businesses. Emerging Trends Day is part of the fair's Seminars and Workshops package.

Special discounts
If you go with your family, or want to enjoy Orlando, its attractions, or make purchases after the end of a day of the fair, Visit Orlando has created a "Show Your Badge" program so that InfoComm 2019 attendees can present their identification at partner establishments such as restaurants, shops, tours, attractions and get special discounts.
