Yamaki is looking for staff to support his growth

Colombia. The Colombian AV distributor Yamaki has for 2019 an ambitious expansion plan in order to strengthen its market and reach new cities that today serve at a distance. In total, there are six vacancies that the company has available.

Edgar Rincón, Commercial Manager of Yamaki, explained to AVI LATINOAMÉRICA that "the company has been in a process of growth in recent years and this has generated a growth of clients who need greater support to develop their projects. As Yamaki is no longer coming directly to these projects, the technical and commercial advice in each of the brands we represent must be equal to or better than the service we have been providing."

He added that for a couple of years Oswaldo Rueda, manager of Yamaki, made the decision to bring a person to do a market study and then restructure the company and more specifically the commercial area. Based on this study and the new work methodologies, new support needs are generated and especially in the personnel that are part of the company.
