Latin America. Nortek Security & Control announced the promotion of Horacio Morales as Director of International Sales, CI and Security. Morales reports directly to NSC's Vice President of Sales Jeff Costello and is responsible for leading all international sales efforts across all of the company's custom installation and security brands.
"As our International Sales Manager for the Latin America and Asia-Pacific regions, Horacio had a substantial impact on our growth. Recently, we created a new role to leverage synergies between our control and security business internationally, and we are confident that Horacio is the right sales leader to grow sales of ELAN, 2GIG and other brands in all regions," said Costello.
Morales spent three years as International Sales Manager at Nortek Security & Control, where he fostered key partnerships and supported growth in the Latin America and Asia Pacific regions.
Morales earned his bachelor's degree in sociology from California State University, San Marcos and his master's degree in business administration from Regis University. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Point Loma Nazarene University, where he teaches courses on Personal Leadership Development, Management Principles, and Cultural Influences in the Workplace.
