Epson strengthens the training of its business partners

Mexico. Epson held a training workshop in recent days for the Product Managers of its business partners. In order to provide timely information to its distribution channels, the company brought together representatives of wholesalers and sub-wholesalers, who updated their knowledge about their new product lines, commercial strategies and technological developments.

During the presentation of the new solutions, Epson representatives organized a hands-on activity, during which the 19 participants were able to test with their own hands the operation of equipment, thus obtaining practical experience and added value to the knowledge acquired during the two days of duration of the workshop.

In addition to learning about the new releases, attendees had the opportunity to reinforce their knowledge of the Epson product lines they already market, as well as to update information about them.

"For us at Epson it is of the utmost importance to work together with our business partners, which is why we cannot miss any opportunity to train them and thus boost their sales," said Emilio Murillo, Sales Director at Epson Mexico.

"With this type of activity we have the possibility to demonstrate our technology to our distribution channels, show them how it works and all its advantages; they also allow us to receive first-hand feedback on their needs," he added.

The workshop also carried out integration dynamics and addressed issues such as the Digital Circuit, which is currently on tour in the Mexican Republic and this month will reach states such as Baja California, Puebla, Veracruz and Yucatan. There was also talk about the new government tender program, which arose from a restructuring of the company, in order to better meet the needs of this sector.
