Learn how IoT is done at the Comstor roadshow

Mexico. "The New Industrial Revolution" will be comstor's Roadshow where topics about the Internet of Things (IoT) and how Cisco offers the most complete portfolio in industrial communication ready for companies to face the demands of the industry will be discussed.

The event will be held on February 25, 2016, at the Fiesta Americana Grand Chapultepec Hotel, Mexico City, where attendees will be able to learn about the latest trends in IoT and the way in which companies have benefited through the use of these process automation technologies.

Currently, more than 50% of companies globally have plans to adopt IoT solutions in the coming years; while by 2020, it is estimated that there will be more than 50 billion devices connected to the network, that is, an average of 7 computers per person.

"During the event, attendees will be able to learn about the adoption of IoT in companies, in which manufacturers of different products have managed to automate their processes in the creation of these, allowing their processes to be autonomous and more flexible," said Jhonatan Godinez, Business Development Maganer IoT of Comstor Mexico.

In the Roadshow aimed at end users and partners, interesting topics such as: IoT in the industry, as well as Cloud Solutions and Cisco's vision in the IoT will be discussed. In addition, they will be able to know first-hand the way in which Oil & Gas has successfully implemented the IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) tools of connectivity of the devices.

In turn, the attending partners will have the opportunity to learn about Comstor's EDGE IoT Program, Cloud solutions to correctly complement the IoT, and the different incentive programs that the wholesaler has for its partners.

For Godinez, this type of event represents a great opportunity for users, partners and companies to fully understand the benefits that the Internet of Things will offer them, since it can not only benefit their daily lives, but also the way in which companies work and in the processes of manufacturing products for end users.
