After three years of difficulties for industry fairs, 2024 started in a positive way, recovering the interest of companies to exhibit their technologies and professionals and the general public to attend.
At least that's the good expectation of the first two fairs held at the beginning of the year: Namm Show in California and Integrated Systems Europe, ISE, in Barcelona. In both, the AVI Latin America team was present and was able to learn first-hand about this positive outlook.
At the Namm Show, held from January 25 to 28, the music industry and live events participated in a fair like those before the pandemic, as highlighted by those who have attended for years. And with a very important participation of Latinos.
In the case of ISE, which celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2024, it set record figures in its history, with a 30% growth on the exhibition floor with 82 thousand square meters, 1408 exhibitors, almost 74 thousand attendees from 162 countries. Latinos also had an important presence and participated in the activities organized by AVI Latin America.
Undoubtedly, this is a good outlook for industry fairs throughout the year, especially those organized by AVI Latin America, such as LiveTec, the new fair for live events and entertainment that will be held on May 14 and 15 in Miami and IntegraTec, which will be held on August 14 and 15 in Mexico City and on November 21 and 22 in São Paulo.
