Overview is a tool for the visualization in summary mode of the state of the meeting rooms, solving the problems of occupation and reservations, improving the work environment.
The system can present on a large screen the data of a room or several rooms at once, allowing users to identify the information they need. It has an independent graphic player for summary of reservations, which shows on the screen the name of the room, occupancy status and logo of the company, and allows to show 14 rooms at once on the screen, and in case of having more rooms, they will gradually move on the screen.
It is compatible with Office 365, Microsoft Exchange and G Suite, and its small size allows installation in small spaces. It is a multilingual system that can be used in boardrooms, conference rooms, auditoriums, classrooms, sports centers and any other meeting place.
