Atlona launches its new generation of HDMI switchers

Latin America. Atlona has introduced the next generation of the company's AT-HDR-SW series of HDMI switching switches and matrices. Available immediately, the three new matrix switchers deliver superior video performance.

It includes support for 4K/UHD video at 60Hz with 4:4:4 chroma sampling, as well as HDMI data rates up to 18Gbps and high dynamic range (HDR) support. Formats. All models offer a compact design for under-table mounting within meeting and learning spaces.

HDR-SW switchers and matrix switchers perform well in a wide range of AV applications, including hospitality and retail displays; meeting rooms and various spaces for audiovisual presentations; and educational AV systems.

Each model has five HDMI inputs, with several outputs to help system integrators and end customers choose the ideal configuration for their application requirements:

· AT-HDR-SW-51 (one HDMI output): An ideal choice for conference rooms and meeting spaces, the HDR-SW-51 can also power larger multi-zone distribution platforms, such as Atlona's OmniStream AV over IP systems.

· AT-HDR-SW-52 (two HDMI outputs): Ideal for presentation spaces where two displays are needed, the HDR-SW-52 is a matrix switcher that can feed separate content on dual splash screens, side by side. Outputs can be duplicated or registered using selectable switching modes.

· AT-HDR-SW-52ED (HDMI and HDBaseT matrix outputs): offers the same benefits and features as the HDR-SW-52, the HDBaseT output of this model transmits video, integrated audio and Ethernet at distances up to 330 feet, and It combines perfectly with the Atlona AT-HDR-EX-100CEA-RX receiver. The HDR-SW-52ED can serve as a trusted monitor installed on a lectern inside auditoriums and conference rooms along with the main projector. It's also ideal for meeting rooms to power a main screen and a secondary screen along a sidewall.

As part of the comprehensive Atlona 4K HDR integration product family, the HDR-SW series also incorporates reliable EDID management, automatic input switching and HDCP 2.2 compliance features. In addition, downscaling from 4K to 1080p at 60, 30 or 24Hz is available when connected to an HD display. All three models can disintegrate audio from an HDMI input to S/PDIF or balanced analog audio outputs, and are controllable via Ethernet, RS-232 and IR.

All models in the HDR-SW series also offer advanced integration capabilities that can be easily configured and managed through a built-in web interface or Atlona's Velocity AV control, room scheduling and device management system. The HDR-SW series is now available through Atlona's global network of authorized channel partners.
